Absolutely.

One of the things I want for you is not just a working product, but a clear path after me. That includes knowing how to find good people to take over when it's time.

If I spend time building something with you, I care about its success, and that means I care about who you hand it to next. I can help you figure out who's talented, who has the right experience, and whether they're a good fit for what we built.

And just because we're "done" with the build doesn't mean our relationship has to end. I want the things I build to end up in good hands. That's part of the work too.
